It's free and really easy to make one if you can find the right app. I created by own font, known as CStafford Script, and I am releasing it for free under a CC 4.0 License. Basically, you can redistribute the font file, and use it for any reason (except for commercial use) You are also free to tweak the font itself, as long as you carry the same license if you decide to distribute the font.
